New Client Account Application

Sole traders should use their home address - please note that we will require proof of address and photographic ID.

Please note that all first time hires must be paid at least 24 hours in advance of the job start date. The payment must be issued from a bank account matching the company or individual’s name.

All applications for a ProLighting Account must include two trade references from companies you currently trade with.

Applications for a credit account must be supported by two credit references from companies you currently hold credit accounts with.

Hired-In Equipment Insurance

All hired equipment must be covered by insurance.

If you do not have sufficient insurance covering the full kit value for the hire period, we can add our Insurance/Damage Waiver to your quote (subject to a 15% charge and with an excess of £250 per item).
